Terms & Conditions

Refund, Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

All Race X experience bookings, gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable for change of mind or if you are no longer able to attend, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Booking Changes

We understand that plans can change.

  • More than 30 days before your booked event: Your booking may be moved to another available Race X event at no additional charge.
  • 14–30 days before your booked event: A $50 rebooking fee applies.
  • Within 14 days of your booked event: Bookings cannot be rescheduled.

All rebookings are subject to availability and must be used within the validity period of the original booking or voucher.

Transferring Your Booking

If you are unable to attend, your Race X booking may be transferred to another participant. Please contact Race X before the event with the new participant’s details so we can update the booking.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Customers are responsible for arriving at the time advised in their booking confirmation. Failure to attend your booked experience, or arriving too late to participate, may result in the forfeiture of your booking and all amounts paid.

Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards

Race X gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable for change of mind but may be transferred to another person. No refund will be provided for an expired voucher or gift card, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Event Changes, Weather & Cancellations

Motorsport events may be affected by weather, track conditions, mechanical issues, venue requirements or other circumstances outside Race X’s reasonable control. If Race X is required to cancel or postpone an event, affected bookings will be transferred to another Race X event date or provided with an appropriate Race X credit. Race X is not responsible for customers’ travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending an event. If a purchased experience can no longer reasonably be provided, Race X will work with the customer to provide an appropriate alternative or other remedy as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
