Before you come

On the day

Arrive 30 minutes before your booking time. Here is exactly how the day runs and what to have with you.

Step by step

    Arrival

    Arrive 30 minutes before your booking time, then head to the Race X administration desk to fill out the paperwork required.

  2. 2

    Show ID and licence

    Drivers show their photo identification and voucher or confirmation email at the desk, then receive an armband.

  3. 3

    Driver briefing

    Attend the drivers' briefing. You receive a stamp at the end of it.

  4. 4

    Staging area

    Head to the staging area in pit lane to get suited up ready for the track.

  5. 5

    Get on the track

    Move to the waiting bays and line up for a car. You will be behind the wheel in no time.

    Have fun

    Enjoy the thrills.

What to bring

  • Photo identification
  • Voucher or booking confirmation
  • Drivers: a current learner's licence at minimum, and 50 logbook hours
  • Passengers: must be over the age of 7
  • Anyone under 18 needs parental permission
  • A legal guardian must sign the indemnity form and produce photo identification and a Medicare card listing both themselves and the child
  • Minimum clothing is enclosed shoes, preferably long pants and a long shirt
  • Every participant must buy a balaclava on the day, for $10

A professional instructor is beside you on a closed circuit, and nobody goes out before the drivers’ briefing. Motor sport is still dangerous: every participant signs an indemnity form before going on track, and you can complete yours online from your booking confirmation to save time at the desk.
